How to study English

I often stydy English to use text. First I look up the word. In my case if you don’t understand words you can’t study. So because of that I look up words and how to use a conjugoted bform.

Next I transration English into Japanese. Transratioin is very difficult, but it’s made my English ability.

Other I study English to watch English movie, but superimpose is Japanese. It can learn pronounciation and means and very fun. This way to study is very good I think. Study English is very hard, but I want to hold out.

Overweight and obesity in Australia.

Recentry obese’s people increase rapidly. Look at adults in normal, overweight and obese BMI(a) categories(b). I found it that males obese is increase rapidly than famale. Famale is increase slowly, but male obese is increase very quick. In 1995 male obese people is about 10%, but in2004 this people is 20%. So obese people increase double.

It’s mean obese people increase in the future. It’s very dangerous. Obese connect to illnes and injur. To live healthful and live longer you should do exercise and take weii-balanced food. So you should attend to not bacome obese. Obese is health’s enemy.

Compare live by my self with live parents house

Live by my seif and live parents house are two of life style. That have some difference. Live parents house is very comfortable and it can save many. It have some good things, for example mother's meal is very delicious and hourishing. other can keep regular hours.

Live by my seif is very hard. cooking, washing, cleaning is very difficult. But it can live by my pace and notice parents's importance.

live with parents is stability life, live by my self is hard but it can preparation for independance. So I think live by my self is can grown my self.
